My new best friend Tim wants to see some local sights. He recently bought a TJ and wants to experience the canyon, so we've made plans to meet at the Chevron tomorrow morning at 9:30. As for now, it looks it will just be the two of us in our TJs. I know this is extremely short notice, but I thought I'd mention it in case anybody else might like to come along. Tim's plan is to bring a cooler with drinks and lunch, and spend much of the day up there. I'm sure I'll lead him up to Forest Lake, and probably on to Mineral Basin after that. From there, who knows?
