best control arm design for coil set up

Hey all I am looking for a better control arm set up on my coil front sas. I am looking at building these and have seen some with threaded inserts in the middle, some with heims,etc.

What about this one? how well should it flex with bushings all around, or with johni joint at the frame bushings at the axle and a heim where the two come together? Also what do you guys think of the ford guys doing the wristed arms? Any other suggestions?

With the setup you have pictured there, I would use rubber bushings in all of the pictured bushing slots, and one J-joint at the Frame side of the vehicle.
