I believe Full Blown Coatings charges the following for wheels:

15" - $50 per wheel
16" - $60
17" - $70
and so on.

That includes full sand blasting, zinc-rich primer and color. I have had excellent luck with their work on wheels.

Last time I got quoted by Armor they were almost double that price.

I have seen some great results on the 4runner forum using Duplicolor graphite and plastidip anthrecite. I think those two colors are close to what you are looking for. If you google anthrecite 4runner wheels you'll get some good images.

That’s a great color and cool styled wheel. Exactly what I’m thinking.

There is a wheel paint you can buy at Autozone in a rattle can. I used in on a rim in a gun metal color. The prep is what is important and I had the wheels on for a couple of years and it still looked great. I just cleaned the wheel really good and then hit it good with a scotchbrite pad and cleaned the wheels good again. Painted them up and it worked perfect.
