I see it like this: you're trying to get cash, other party is offering trade (not necessarily something you would want but maybe you're ok with it?). Retail value of a new Ruger 10/22 is likely right around $300. These are used with an added scope on each (debateable value). Absolute most value I'd assign to the two 10/22 is $500 (could go up or way down depending on the optics brand).
You're being put in the position of a dealer. You have to act like a dealer. To "move" the now two rifles, it will cost you time. Time is money. I might assign an actual value to me for the 10/22 @ $200 per unit, maybe even $150 if you are planning to sell them? Pay yourself a few bucks for your time
