If you’ve been thinking about getting in on some epic food porn this could be a great option for you. We have been cooking on it for several years. It has some sort of issue in the control board where it won’t read the temp sensor and wants to shut down. I built in a workaround that works 99% of the time with messing with it. Once it is going it works perfect. Otherwise a new board is $100.
I would have very happily kept using this one, but without warning my wife brought home a new one.
