Thats Frank and Cole Winningers Rig. Coles currently working his 5 with a 401 in it and 40's. Frank is a hell of a smart individual with years of knowledge beyond his age. If you could see the amount of money he and his family has invested in there rigs and shop, youd be amazed at why the hell they havnt moved somewhere down here.
