I've never known anyone who does anything remotely close... Definitely weird as hell. Also - do people journal like these two do? I'm amazed at how much crap they write in journals and voice memos. Just, weird as hell to me.
I was thinking about that one, and at first glance it seems odd, for sure. Like the podcast said, they determined the grandparents turned caregivers were overwhelmed.Boiling hot water next to a couch? Seems fishy to me.
I haven't listened to it but my wife liked "13 : The Search for Leigh Occhi".I need a new podcast. I've listened to Serial, A Killing on the Cape, Atlanta Monster, the Happy Face Killer, Monster - the Zodiak Killer, and several other similar murderous and unwholesome stories, but none of them stack up to COLD and the first season of Serial. Any suggestions?
I forgot about Hardcore History. That is an excellent one if you are at all interested in history. My only issue with it is that Dan like to talk relatively softly then gets super loud and it's hard to control the volume.Hardcore History is pretty good. You have to pay for the older ones, but the latest are free. The second most recent episode goes into pretty good detail about the last Japanese soldier that was still fighting WW2 when they finally convinced him the war was over... In the 1970's...
I switched to a bluetooth headset for that very reason. I listen to a lot of audio books and podcasts, and with all of the road noise it would drive me crazy to have to adjust the volume constantly when the narrator would do that.I forgot about Hardcore History.
