Long time coworker and askhole has convinced me to build him a roller after many years of questions and nonsense. I quit my job of pert near 10 years last February and started my own business which has given me plenty of free time to tackle the project. After almost of year of trying to get some DOM tubing i was finally able to get some for a "fair" price and have just started his buggy last week. I told Jayden the best budget friendly rock solid drive train i would use and he has since been collecting parts.

Parts:
05 souper sixty
14b with factory disc
ls th400 ecobox and 205.

Well thought out design, no wasted time thinking about how to proceed, you just jump in and start making buggies!

And the lathe tube notcher, as @Herzog mentioned. 😁

I should just drop off my project and let you finish it! 😄

Thank you for the compliment. I wish it was as easy as you make it sound. I steal most my clever ideas off the internet. The building part is pretty easy when you have the tools I have and the years put in. The designing is still the challenge I enjoy. I'll lay in bed for hours with expanded views in my head trying to think of clever ways to do things.

Which project? 🤣

When we gonna see a build tread from you? I know you want back in.
Some day, many years from now I would like to get or build another. I do miss the really hard stuff, and the competitions like crazy, but I am enjoying spending more time with family and friends in the SXS, and still doing some challenging stuff (for them).

Freaking awesome man! Cannot wait to see it take shape. Always love your rigs, and build threads. A nice balance of comedy, fab skillz, and awesome car building.
Don't forget the rocket ships!🐔🚀

Just like me, @Greg would have no idea what to do with a finished project...

I like the simple (so far anyways) approach to this rig.
