Rig was really dirty for these pics, it was right after a race.

Love the look of that crawler!!!! I' looking into getting one and modding it like you have just for fun. Much cheaper than The G/C right now. Is all the chassis parts interchangeable? Is that how you got yours to slope down in the back like that? I saw one buggy on a vid of one of the races that looked just like fat girl from Youtube's rock bouncers vids.

Couple updates to my rig:

Got bored one day, and changed up for the front bumper, and with that, I had to make up a new grille:

new grill compared to the old one:

And how it turned out with the bottom bar cut off, and the bigger light buckets installed:

Then I completely changed it up, and put an Axial Trail Ranger (suzuki samurai) hood on it:

Trying to decide if I want to keep them, or go back to a toyota paneled option.

Here is a couple more updates:

Cut up another hilux body, and I must say, it is looking GOOOD on there!! Also shortened up the rear cage, and cut up my old toyota bed panels, sure saved me a lot of time cutting up a new bed.

Here is some pics of it before paint, I will have more up of what it looks like with a hood and paint on it tonight or tomorrow.

Stock Ridgecrest: swapped the battery up front, Axial universals, 18t pinion, flipped the shock/link mounts, layed the shocks down, installed M3 machine screws and several sets of knuckles and C-hubs...:) Running a 7cell 5000mAh NiMh, I get 80-90min of run time.
EDIT: A bunch of time was spent tuning the ESC with a CastleLink, it is a blast geeking out with the settings and fixing an out of date firmware issue.
