Cummins injection pumps: who's got a VE?

so the motor I'm getting is reportedly an 89, and has the VE pump. Been reading up a tiny bit on them here and there, anyone have one? They sound like a pretty good pump so far, not as power-crazy as the P-series and much more reliable than the VP.

As you probably already know, the "first gen" Cummins ('89-'93) all had VE pump engines. I'm swapping a '91 non-intercoolled Cummins, so I've saved a couple links you might enjoy.

all I know is they are engine oil cooled and that makes them a ton better then the VP that came in the 98.5-02 trucks like mine. Old 12valves are bomb proof mine had over 200,000 when I sold it and it ran like new.
