Wanted Dodge AAM 9.25" Front Axle (or parts)

My brother needs either a new ring/pinion or a complete new axle assembly for his 2003 Dodge 2500 (diesel). Not sure one gear ratio currently but would be interested in any compatible AAM parts that might work.

Also interested to hear from anyone that has worked on one of these or might have access to a service manual for the front end you could pass on to me. My brother fried his upper pinion bearing and I'm trying to help him rework the front end.

ah so!

it's an AAM, and it toasted the pinion bearing eh? That sucks. That'll do it though. Hope this guy ^^ can get him going again without too much pain in the pocket book. Any idea what killed the bearing??

Yup, steering dampener bracket was rubbing on the diff cover and finally popped a little hole through. Fluid pumped out cruising down the interstate and the top pinion bearing literally seized, locking up the front end.

So we got it all pulled down. We need a 3.73 ring and pinion and matched carrier if you might have it. Also could use a diff cover if you might have that. LMK Thanks!

Let me double check my ratio and ill get back to you ASAP. I'm pretty sure its 3.73s since my axle also came out of a diesel.
