Dual sport riding around St George?

Winter is coming and I've heard it's going to be a rough one.... come December, January and February, I really miss riding my bike. I'm interested in what kind of dual sport riding there is around St George and beyond, say past the Virgin Gorge?

I would love to come down for a long weekend and spend a few days riding fun, scenic & somewhat challenging trails. Are there any RME members that ride dual sports in S/W Utah? Have any recommendations?
