So not done on a smoker but damn it was easy. Instapot ribs. Seasoned with Pork spade L then pressure cooked for 25min covered in sauce and left under the broiler for 8 min. Turned out super tender and surprisingly good especially for ribs under an hour.

My wife’s been wanting an insta pot for a while now. Do you guys use yours a lot? Worth the money?
I think they are okay. I could see how some people may use them a ton but I have a feeling most people would be like me and find it spending most it's life taking up space in the pantry next to the crock pot, bread maker, big roaster, food dehydrator, rice maker and all the other cool but not so commonly used stuff that we seem to aquire.

This is the exact reason I’ve been fighting getting one.

We have had one for about a year. It’s an amazing tool to add to your culinary tool box. We used it a lot in that beginning but now it comes out a few times a month. Really handy to cook things quick like potatoes for mashed, those ribs, pasta etc

We've been living out of one for the last month. My wife loves it, but we are waiting on a stove to show up in March so we don't have a lot of cooking options

Now that's what i'm talking about! Method and where did you get the meat?
I picked it up at Macey’s in Orem, UT. Most meat departments have them though actually. I paid 5.99 per pound, this rack was $28. I did a dry rub, then threw in the traeger at 225° for about 3 hours, til they hit 160° IT, then I wrapped in foil, with a little beef broth, and cranked the temp up to 350° to finish it off, and pulled it off the traeger at IT of 202°, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

I want to grab a brisket to throw on my traeger, but still haven't decided for sure. I still got another pork butt to cook up sometime too.
