I smoked a chicken this afternoon, 2 day brine, it was perfect, mahogany color, crispy skin, so juicy. As I was carving it the innermost portion of the breast was green, not a little green but green like peas. Man was I made, didn't want to eat it, not sure what was wrong with it. The dog was however extremely happy.

I can't remember if we've talked about the costco seasoned pork ribs or not. I bought some earlier this week and plan to cook them Sunday. Has anyone basted them in bbq sauce? Should I just leave them dry?
