an old guy was walking down the street when he spotted a little kid in a pedal-car fire engine being pulled down the sidewalk by a dalmatian.
as he got closer to the kid, he noticed a tow rope around the dog's testicles>
the old guy stopped the kid and explained to him "you'd be able to go a little faster if the rope wasn't wrapped around your dog's nuts."
the kid replied, "yeah, but then I wouldn't have a siren."
