Just out of curiosity what year XJ are we talking about?

Electrical problems suck, and it seems like Jeeps have plenty of common ones.

Its a 1990. Its progressively getting worse. Bottom of the tank looks fine. At first it would start to die off after 30-40 min of driving, now its after about 10 min. And nearly dies completely after 10 min when taking right hand turns or even gentle curves

Did you check the short little piece of fuel hose between the pump and the sending unit hard line ? I've had several spring leaks there and they have trouble running.

So i pulled the FP tonight and i think I have a decent idea of the issue. FP looks quite new (noticed when i picked it up the sender was shiny) but apparently someone left the breather disconnected on the filler neck so... The strainer was CAKED in mud... Hopefully cleaning the tank and a new strainer sorts it all out. Huge vacuum leak fix there too lol.
