I am still coming across parts I forgot I had. I sold my TJ last year, or the year before.
I have a used tie rod/drag link and even pitman arm from a grand cherokee. I pulled them from a salvage ZJ several years ago, and it's been stored ever since. I put one on my TJ, and never took it off after. I expected I would go through them regularly like the TJ bits, but didn't. It is a mild upgrade for stock TJ's. Works for Rubicon and regular TJ. larger diameter rod, and ends. No modifications required to the TJ. OEM TJ bits are smaller, and rather easy to bend when put against a rock, or even just mild wheeling can tweak them. These are much more resistant.
The tie rod ends seem to be in good nick, not sloppy. But, it could always be a different story once put on the vehicle. The wear parts are readily available at NAPA, etc.
