I am having an issue of high idle, around 2k, with engine bogging down when shifted into gear. I have replaced;
IAC
EGR valve
EGR solenoid
TPS
Map sensor
Every associated vacuum hose
I relocated the transmission vacuum hose to the correct port on the intake manifold.
the a/c has been removed from the system
I have also reset timing (while electronic retard is disconnected) to TDC. I am sure it is going to be something simple that I am overlooking. Any advice is appreciated.

I agree with Greg, check for vacuum leaks. There's also a temp sensor at the front of the intake manifold that can cause issues, as it sends feed back to the computer. Don't know if it's related to what you're seeing???

Pull air cleaner and watch injector spray pattern while running, idle and cracking open the throttle.
Friends 94 was acting all flavors of stupid and we finally found one injector was dribbling (causing lean condition).
