Think about this. Women, human women that is, go through a cycle about 1 time a month. Chicken women, also known as hens, go through a similar cycle but it is everyday. The byproduct of the hens cycle is an egg.

Woohoo! I love eggs... doesn't matter how you get them... they're good in anything too! Plus, the yolk is about the same as many multivitamins (or so I read somewhere... can't remember where though... )
