How do I flare/form ends for AC hardlines?

I am installing an AC condenser which has o-ring connections. The tube hardline needs a simple formed ring/step about 3/8" back from the end. I am lost trying to find the right tool to form it. Can anyone help?

Also who's a Fabricator expect should hook me up with some training. I'll be willing to pay for the time.

Is this a custom application or just replacement parts? If just replacement parts I'd get the OEM parts and not have to worry about modifying anything. Other than that, in the past I have had to source these kinds of parts at pick and pulls. Find the right hard line from any vehicle in the yard. Get one with a long enough tube so that you can cut the tube a couple inches back from the, "ring/step". Weld this end onto the hard line you have in place now.
