I need a bend put in a 1.75" tube!

Someone preferably near Orem.

I need to make two of these.
45 degree bend, material is 1.75" x .125 wall 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. I will supply the material.

Has anyone tried bending 6061-T6 in their bender?

I have bent aluminum tubing, but I don't know for sure if it was 6061 or not. It bent just fine, whatever it was.

I am not near Orem, but am willing to help.

6061 t6 like to break in my experience when trying to bend it. You may have to aneal it.

Kind of an old thread, but 6061 will break. You need 6063. I have 6063 available in that size and can bend if you still need.
