I think I’ve reached the limit of my stock 44. I want to put a selectable locker in and was think I should upgrade the gears at the same time. I did a little research and came across the Jana 54 set. This sounds interesting to me but I have never setup gears and don’t fell like trying now especially with this upgrade. Is there a shop or someone that has experience with this? Point me in the right direction if you know of someone.

I think it's a good setup to increase strength, but it is quite a bit of extra work and fiddling, so I'd expect a shop to charge you at least double what a normal setup would cost. (if not more....there is machining to the carrier needed, as well as significant grinding inside the housing)

Any shop who can setup gears can do the Jana deal.

While technically true, I definitely would not trust just anyone to install it.
