I'm new to this cite, but hoped you could help me with recommendations on a good transmission shop/mechanic. I live in Riverton, Utah and have a 2008 Jeep JK Rubicon with the manual NSG370 transmission that's popping out of first gear. I've had it fixed once already (60K miles ago) and need to get it fixed again. Any recommendations on shops or alternate swaps that would work? I'm willing to travel some if it means getting it to the right guy. I wish I could do it myself, but I'm a newbie when it comes to fixing stuff and have never done a transmission before. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Worth a shot to try Agility Off Road, Impulse Off Road or The Jeep Guy. I don't know that any one of them would actually do the rebuild but I would be surprised if they didn't have a recommendation for you.

When I did electrical we wired his house. He is a good guy and know his stuff.
