KTM 300 question

All you guys that have had KTM 300s(or other KTMs I imagine), when you remove the factory hand guards what did you use for lever bolts? Just some from the hardware store?

I just use the same ones. You'll see when you reinstall them they kinda have a built in spacer somehow and actually tighten up. It's been that way with all my ktm's and I've never had an issue.

You can get factory bolts that are made to remove the handguards. Husabergs actually come with them in addition to the ones that are used with the handgaurds. I don't remeber what I paid but they were only a few bucks.

I had different bolts included in my owners manual pack.
