AKA: THE MYTH
Me and ChadBuckner went to little moab for one last ride in the "old Jeep" before it gets its makeover. We saw a guy (around 45) in a brand new Rubicon his wife had bought him for his b-day. He use to have a YJ and now this so he dumped on a 4 inch teraflex lift and was out on the rocks. Those things are crazy stock. It's not everyday you see a stock rig spin all four tires going on the slicks. We asked him abou the abuse and he said "I didn't buy it to drive down state street". He was pretty cool.
Not much else on the trail except had to punish the TJ (last ride why not and ended up with this:
Busted rear pass. axle
No oil in the pumkin on rear (see above) filled up with 15-40W cause thats all I had.
Shot front driveshaft
Blew rear shocks
Extensivly modified rear exhaust that now points forward
Chad didn't break anything but was shown once abgain what no locker will get ya, NOTHING !
but overall a good run
