machine shop

Hey guys wondering if anyone knows of a machine shop that has good prices. I am building the gottrikes bender and need some wholes drilled or milled. The whole is a 1 3/8 drill bit. I don't have one and they are pretty expensive so I am wondering if it would be cheaper to have some one do it for me. I need 4 wholes done. Any info would be great thanks guys.
