Here's a picture of one of the rooms at that place from when you and I were there like a decade ago. Straight out of a horror movie.
If I recall, there were also children's toys on the floor, and red hand prints dragged across the opposite wall. Really sells the place.
Originally listed in May 2018 for $225K. Price went up and down between $200K-$275k. Was at $200k in July 2022. listing taken off market for a week in August 2022. Relisted for $275k a week later.

Do we need to plan a Winter Weekend mental health trip? We've done daytrips into the Swell and White Wash in the past, what about a Saturday & Sunday trip, staying over night in Green River? Dinner at Rays, explore the Swell (Black Dragon, Eagle Canyon) one day, then go play out at White Wash for a handful of hours?

Nah... Black Dragon, Eagle Canyon, you'll be pretty tight in spots, but no carnage. I've led several full sized rigs through those routes without drama.
