Metal car port

Anybody know anyone who sells/installs metal carports? I am looking for at least a 12x24 to go along the side of my house.

Something simple like this.

I tried Lowe’s, Home Depot and unfortunately they can’t get one for 3-4 months. Hoping I have better luck with a smaller company.
