Moab or Cedar/St.George

I am trying to makeup my mind on where to go for the 3 dayer. The wife cant ride because of the 3 little ones(no back seat yet) so I am trying to make the best choice for both of us. I plan to wheel 2 out of the 3 days, one day with the wife and kids. Any input on which one of the two would be better for this trip? :-\

if you go to cedar you can always go play at the ohv park. that is a blast. you could spend 2 days there.

but I bet the wife would be happier in moab.
