@Hickey got me thinking the other day, lots of guys are buying their old vehicles back. I'm curious where my first Jeep is these days and would be interested in having it back. I sold it around 2001-2002 to a younger guy in Alpine/Highland. I'd imagine it's still in Utah? Anyone seen this thing around?
It was a 1980 Jeep CJ5 that had been slightly built up, had a Small Block Chevy 350 under the hood (carb'd), fenderwell headers with the exhaust running under the rocker and out before the rear tire, a SR4 4 speed trans, Dana 300, AMC 20 rear with a locker and 1 piece shafts, Dana 30 front, 4.10 gears and lift shackles. Had Black steel wheels when I sold it. It was painted with a military Green using Zolotone paint, basically Green Fleck paint. Had a Bestop Supertop & Bikini top.
