Odyssey Battery Stolen

On this subject - are those Odyssey's the new "optima"? I have two yellows on their way out and I'm not feeling like playing the optima gamble lately.

I've run an Odyssey in my jeep for about 8 years - the performance has been flawless. If their description of the manufacturing process is to be believed, they should never have quality issues. Too bad the Sears Diehard version of them was discontinued a few years ago.

I know Optima had some issues for a while there, but I haven't seen anybody post about trouble with one lately? Is that because nobody is buying them anymore, or did they fix their trouble?

They are sixes for cost and I have had much better luck with the Odyssey. The CJ's is going on eight years old.
