Is this correct? There is no "offical" word/post on the uroc event calender yet, But from the posts that bill has made (thanks bill) that is the spot. So what is the nearest place to stay hotel/town/beer ...etc?

This has a crude map of the area Cougar Bluffs being on the left. The nearest big town is Victorville. As I remember Yucca Valley has motels but they will fill early. We will be in the motor home close to the site.
Looks like Cougar Bluffs is half way between Victorville and Yucca Valley. When we went down to the Hammers in '99 it was a bit closer to Yacca Valley.
