Guys, I posted this last time I ran into a major project, but I ended up fixing it myself. I'm in the same position again - too many projects and not enough time. The good
- Runs great and on all cylinders.
- Completely drivable as long as you carry enough water!
- New within the last couple of years: clutch, fuel pump, radiator, battery
- Head gasket compromised. Consumes water, but no water in oil.
- AC works, but has a slight leak. Lasts a season on a recharge
- ABS light on
- Tires are down to wear indicators
- Has some kind of Ford version of leprosy where the paint is peeling from the primer. I thought only GMs of this era had this syndrome.
- Most body panels have some kind of dent or imperfection. This is a beater truck and will likely never be anything else.
- Interior is fair at best
