My brother had his small utility trailer stolen the other night. I am working on some photos of it. It's biggest distiguishing trademark is that it used both leaf and coil springs. It is black. Approx 4' x 8'. Largely made from pipe, and has a wooden deck. The tail gate is longer so it works as a loading ramp as well.

Tounge, top rails, tailgate, etc all build from round pipe. diamond plate steel for foot steps in front of the fenders
Tailgate / ramp made strong enough to walk up or wheel equipment up. Expanded steel sides.
