Thanks for the link, I hadn't hear much about this in 4 or 5 years, hope it still on the horizon? As I recall there were some hangups with private property and some possible wilderness encumbrances that were slowing the project, not sure where it stands now?

My understanding is that this tral system would be moving forward again with the passage of the Washington County land use bill.

The BLM was supposed to have gotten some funds out of the deal to work on this system.
