Tacoma Rock Slider question

Greetings RME. I'm looking at designs for weld-on rock sliders and was wondering if running additional bracing between the main rail and the body mounts (the metal mounts, not the bolts or body itself) would make sense to make them stronger. I've seen bolt-on ones that use brackets held by the body bolt to supplement the main brackets bolted to the frame, but wondering if there is any reason why this wouldn't also translate to a welded-on installation. Seems like it would provide another angle to strengthen them slightly. I do realize that welding to the frame is generally more than tough enough, but I'll be wheeling fully loaded at max (maybe sometimes over) GVWR and I want to make sure they can take hard drops with all that weight.

thanks for any advice/experience/thoughts on this.
