I just picked up a hi point 45.

I had a c9 for many years and fired probably 1200 rounds through it..

jammed once on me and other then some paint burning off the lip of the barel, I never had a issue with it.

I know hi-points aren't on anyone's list of got to haves, but they have an excellent warranty and I have heard over and over, that they just work, albeit they are top heavy, ugly and don't hold much ammo for the grip size.
I got one second hand and it's been a great shooter!

I have enjoyed the bumps on this thread, I watch the video each time, great bit of satire
