Nothing like adding insult to injury. Although I find it somewhat hard to believe that it was hit by a SCUD missile. Wouldn't that do a lot more damage? Looks mostly like someone found it and pulled it out into the street, then stripped it.

yeah, that's clearly NOT hit by any kind of missile. Even the duds they had are big and would have smushed it.
