I am looking to go camping, and it has been a while. I don't know where a good place to set up camp thats off road, with good hiking close by. any ideas on places that are accessible for this coming weekend? that are relatively close?

Sand dunes, topaz mountain, antelope island, silver island mountains, diamond fork, cascade springs, stansbury mountains.

This is a quick list of close places. They may not all be great for off-roading or great for hiking, but without getting into snow options are limited.

Thank you for your recommendations everyone. I will certainly look into those.
The swell idea will work if my truck gets put back together after i find a mysterious special tap that i cant find anywhere so i can put my engine back together.
If not, then i may not be camping, since i cut the old intake pipe out with a die grinder :\

North Korea really isn't a good idea, then?
Cajack is right. I think that would be the best overall as it's not too far and has what you want.
If your distance was more liberal, I'd say the House and Fish Creek ranges NW of Delta.
