If you decide to buy new, both Kurt (cruiseroutfit) and Low Range Offroad can get you the gears and rebuild kits. I've had good luck with Nitro brand gears for what it's worth.

about the same as Yukon and others. If I recall correctly, it's about $180/diff. You can call cruiseroutfitters or low range and check on prices.
If you want to go all out, you can order a new bearing kit for your third (around $180/200 per diff). If you need someone to install your gears & bearings, contact Ilean on here, he does great work.
