Harrison and I decided to take a float. The Gray Drakes are starting to hatch and we have access to take out on private property a few miles below where we put in so it makes the float nice. Without that access its literally a dusk to dawn float.
We only fished with dry flies with Parachut Adams being the best fly.
This was the biggest fish landed on the trip but we did catch rainbows, tigers, browns and cutthroats and some white fish. The average size of fish was down this year but we are really there a week early. We may head back in a month when the mosquitos are down. It was bad for those this trip.
We are headed to Flaming Gorge Wednesday to fish the lake and the river.
