Got a call from a Land Cruiser owner today, he is on his way from Washington to Denver and his 5.7 Vortec swapped Cruiser starting dying as he got into SLC. It will run fine for 30-45 minutes and then instantly dies. Any recommendations for a shop that knows the Vortec's and is around today to take a look at it? Its likely something simple like a intermittent relay, fuel pump, etc but he's on the side of the road trying to diagnose it solo. Ring me if you have an option or could lend him a hand.
