water cooled torches are sooo nice to use. I like that the fill cap is out front instead of on top..

They really are. I have a big syncrowave with a watercooler torch but is so loud to use and a pain to roll around my small shop. I bought a smaller 250 amp everlast with a air cooled torch thinking I would be satisfied with the quiet simple portable setup but the little 250 welded so good that I used it more than I thought I would and that air cooled torch wasn't having it and I was maxing out the 250 amps so I sold it to a friend for what I paid after 2 weeks and stepped up to the 315 amp machine and a water cooler.

Was finally able to catch a pump truck in town on a Friday to piggyback off of.

I've slowly been building my own vertical bike rack in my spare time. With some pointers from @kmboren, I got my tire holder hoops built today. I still need to weld them to the cross bar, and make the lower tire rest bar. I'm trying to decide whether I should put gussets on each tire holder for more shear support, or if the 4 welds will be plenty. I'm only about $90 into this so far. It's not as fancy as some of you guys could make it, but I think it looks decent and will hold up just fine. One more day of finish welding and cleanup, and then I'll paint it. If you see something I should change safety wise, please let me know.
