How do you like that shed, @frieed ? We need a small one for our property.

The property has been consuming my time and money lately. We started with a raw piece of property and had an excavator come in a few weeks back and cut a driveway and RV pad. We moved in shortly after and have been Hauling in gravel and clearing dead trees.

My sisters sewer line broke last week in the street. Had to replace all the old concrete pipe with new modern plastic all the way from the front porch to the sewer main in the middle of the street. Luckily it was a relatively clean repair haha, no messes.

That one was here when I bought the property 7 years ago and I a bought another, bigger one last fall. I like them.
My only complaint is the plastic does not hold shelf fasteners well, so anything heavy needs to be supported from the floor.

I replaced all of the springs, equalizers, and shackles on my triple axle boat trailer over the weekend. It was fairly easy (3 hours) to get it to this point when I realized the shackles needed to be the opposite direction. That took another 6 hours. The learning curve was steep on this and I'd bet I could do it next time in less than 4 hours.

I've been following your progress on instagram. Very exciting for you guys.
This is something I'm considering doing in the next few years.

We just got home from another few days at the property. We work pretty hard on cleaning up the dead trees and spreading the gravel with rakes and shovels, but that hard work is so rewarding.

We didn't see a single person for 3 days.

How are they supposed to sit? Tension shackles instead of compression? (since I can't see how it would work as it sits in the picture...)

Yep, tension. It was easy to move the first end, the middle was tougher, but when working on the other end the middle would drop again. I needed 2 more jack stands to make it easier. Finally started to use straps after 2 failed attempts.
