what would cause weak spark?

On a motorcycle I'm working on I'm getting a very weak spark on all four cylinders. Any idea what would be causing this?

what type of motorcycle is it.... mine has capacitor discharge so if the battery is bad it will not produce enough of a spark to start the bike... make sure your battery is fully charged...

if its the old system then you might have a short in the system

bad coil if it uses one. Also, if it is triggered by points, they could be miss adjusted.
