Wheel bearings on my van

I have a child molester van I drive for work it’s 1994 dodge B250. I drive 750-1000 miles a week and the brake pads went metal to metal Thursdays night... I went and got all the stuff this am and it’s old school wheel bearing like a trailer I got it all put back together and it seems fine but I have a couple questions.

I tightened the hub down till it started to slow when I’d spin it and then backed it off and put the cotter pin in. Should I put a couple hundred miles and recheck then or just run it?
I had to remove both calipers to get the to collapse in I bled both sides after is that the proper way or should bleed all 4 wheels? If so is there a proper order?

Also the bearing are new if that makes a difference. For 30 bucks it only made sense to replace them the outer driver side looked like it could have got some water in it at some point.
