Who welds aluminum?

My fuel cell sprung a little tiny leak and i need it fixed ASAP like before saturday any suggestions???

Most fab shops should be able to TIG that hole up no problem.

WELD FUEL TANK doesn't anyone else see a problem with that combination?
Anyway, isn't the aluminum on a fuel cell just cladding for the plastic (or what ever) tank filled with anti slosh & foam foam?

Most decent Migs should be able to Weld Aluminum. I know mine can, but I need to buy a kit to make it work with the wire and use a diffrent Shielding gas.

Make sure you fill the tank with water!!

You don't want to weld an aluminum tank with MIG, it produces a a weld that the gas will seep through, get it TIG'd at McNeese.

McNees is actually quite the shop for fabricators. Thats where I got my rod ends and threaded sleaves for my x-over. Good guys real pro's.
