Zinsco Panel Replacement

Just want to know an idea what someone on here would charge to change out a zinsco panel at my father in law's place in West Jordan. I live in Roosevelt and don't have a lot of time to get out there. We'd purchase the replacement panel and breakers. Homeline 20/40 100 amp. 14 breakers to install. All wires into the panel are coming in the top. I just need a cost right now.
