I have an 07 and had 3 2012's at work. I was going to buy a brand new 13 till I got a screaming deal on the 07. Personally I love the HD Burb. Great family truckster.

As far as lifts the 4" Rancho kit is suppose to be reversible, it doesn't require the cutting of the front diff housing and sets the burb at a nice ride height. If you do a leveling kit, i'd advise bags in the rear. Cognitio has a really nice leveling kit I've used on my 2500HD pickup and it...

2013 was the last year of the 2500 Suburban, 2007 was the first year without the 8.1 and was offered with a 6.0 and the 4L80 in '08 it was offered with the 6L80.

Which burb did you buy? 1500 or 2500. 5.3 or 6.0 - specs??

No Joy with pipe wrench and floor jack. Had the entire Jeep lifted by wrench and it wouldn't even budge. Tried cheater bar, a little heat... nada! So back to the original post. Just want to drive the Jeep, can't stand having things sitting around not working properly. Thanks for any input...

Thanks unstuck. I also figured that 20's are cheap that maybe someone would have one laying around. I'm still debating what I will be doing with this CJ. Might just make it retromod and let the wife drive it. Been tinkering with the idea on a 4 seater buggy instead.

I have a newer axle that is trussed and will be removing the leaves for links and coils. I spun the center section and would like to find an axle to replace the rear till all parts are sitting in the garage. I hate not driving my Jeep. The 44 sounds interesting. Let me know the specs...
