Please do not use this anchor for at least two more weeks!!!! The concrete is still green, and would be easily damaged if winched to at this time. The eye bolt. Got the biggest one that would take a stock winch hook. Piece of 3/8" plate, drilled, bolted, then welded. 3"x5" 1/4" wall tube...
